She was very informative on the lymphatic drainage process and the benefits of it. I had very little knowledge of this. I was blown away of the first time experience. I saw immediate results. She did let me know in order for it to stick you have to be consistent. I felt amazing the next day. I felt lighter and more energetic than usual.
