He worked very patiently with us to develop an equipment package and service offering that worked for us rather than pushing something pre-packaged. All of that would be enough but he also took the time to install all the equipment, checking the entire time about placement in and out of the house, and doing a fantastic job with no mess. Finally. He walked us through setting our system up on the keypad and app, made sure we knew how each piece worked, and how to arm and disarm the system. Cannot recommend him enough and know your experience will be as good as ours was.
