I had a terrific first experience using Emily and her hubby Andrew. This was also a first for our family to have Christmas lights installed on our house so I was a bit nervous about spending money for this short-term expense. I received a quick response to my inquiry, a detailed explanation of what her quote included and a fast response time to my home. Emily and Andrew worked together as a team to install brand new lights (and clips) I provided. Emily and I tested each strand before Andrew installed them and, of course, a problem occurred on the very last set. They brainstormed a solution that we all felt comfortable with and they left with a very satisfied customer. I would think most families would enjoy the fruits of Emily/Andrew’s business as it relates to the holiday cheer Christmas lights bring but I’m extra grateful for the positive experience in working with them.

From start to finish they were very responsive and professional. They were the best price I could find to hang my Christmas lights. Will definitely use again and definitely recommend!
