I just want to say how pleased we were with sales person for Sunrun Prince Nonwuun . He has made sure we were satisfied with everything from sunrun . I had one small leak in roof I was up front and he said they would fix it., well panels were installed and still had leak . I had contacted Prince and he came through and Sunrun came back and fixed it. After the rain storm on December 10 I checked my attic and no more water came in thank you Prince for making sure it got addressed and fixed just in time before another rain storm

I have to say I wasn’t particularly positive to have a salesman come to my door. However, I had been tossing the idea of Solar around for the last year. The one that came to my door was Prince Nonwuun of SunRun Solar. What I liked about his demeanor was that he wasn’t pushy, but extremely enthusiastic about what he had to offer. When I had a question, he gave me a clear answer. When he didn’t have the answer, he didn’t just make one up, he first found out and then gave me the answer. Also, I appreciate that when I called him, even off hours, he was very quick to respond. This gives me an assurance I will continue to be cared for moving forward. It was very nice that we developed a rapport. He was a real person instead of just trying to sale me something. I would clearly recommend him to any of my friends going the way of solar power.
