Rohan is the most understanding, patient, kind and hilarious telus rep that I have EVER encountered with all my time with Telus. I was about 5 mins away from stepping back from Telus, but then this gem knocked on my door and listened to me and got everything I wanted and more! Thank you Rohan! You truly are the best! 2 days after our cameras were installed. My son's bike was stolen. Our cameras didn't activate to catch anything. I contacted Rohan after 8 on a Friday. That didn't matter to him. He bent over backwards to rectify the situation and help us to make sure nothing happened again. He is BY FAR The BEST rep that I have EVER dealt with. He ABSOLUTELY makes sure you are happy and that any of your concerns are addressed. 10/10 and beyond for sure!!!

Rohan is exactly what customer service should be! He is very knowledgeable, personable with a great sense of humor. He helped me understand my security system that had been installed a couple of weeks earlier, something the tech that was here failed to do, and on top of that gave me and my husband a great deal on bundling our cell phones.
