Had an awesome experience working with Sam. I spent 3 days in class with him and then 2 days in the field. In the class, I had the opportunity to learn how to sell the free inspection. During the two days in the field, Sam personally walked with me through all my door knocks and inspections to help correct any mistakes I made to make me a better salesman. Since training with Sam, I have sold $250,000+ in a month in a half. I also have the pleasure of having him as my sales manager. Every Monday we have a one hour meeting where we go over our wins, losses, and goals of the week. Every day at 1pm we also have a hooray meeting to motivate myself and members of my team to get after it. This is a way to celebrate small wins such as inspections and claims filed throughout the day. Sam is always available to speak to me or answer questions when my owner isn’t available. Sam and I end up speaking 4-5 a day celebrating the wins I have.

Sam was not only a Great Salesman/Teacher who knows what he is talking about, He is a Great guy which makes learning from him easy. He always has a positive attitude which rubs off on to you making what he says click and causes you to perform at your best more then if he was just teaching off a curriculum or a slideshow and , I am a younger Canvasser who is new to all of this and he not only taught me a lot he encouraged me to keep learning and Grinding.
