We had panels installed by a company that has since gone bankrupt. Our panels aren’t producing what we were told they should be and our production numbers aren’t matching what we were getting credited by our power company. We were referred to Michael for his expertise to help us make heads or tails of what was going on. He has spent a substantial amount of time working with us. I had questions and concerns regarding Tax Credit on my Solar Panels. Michael was able to inform me the Tax Credit was expiring soon and I wasn’t aware of that. He also inform me about about another company giving out false information on that. He was very well informed and got me right back on track. We financed are solar thru Loan Pal, they sold to Good Leap,then Good Leap sold to SST.We were not notified of this happening.So we were surprised when getting an email stating our payment is late if no pymt made we would be turned over to collections..We thought we were being scammed! I called Micheal Arviso who sold us our solar system.He came over made a phone call Good Leap yes they sold our account to SST. He called SST got account straighted out in a very professional.. Michael also helped us get on right APS plan..BIG THANK YOU TO MICHAEL ARVISO!!! YES OUR SOLAR IS WORKING GREAT Ronnie,Rachel Baker

I feel lucky to have met up with Michael. After Titan Solar Power went belly up, the inverter of our solar system did the same. After spending hours on the internet to try to get our system fixed, with limited success, we met Mike. He helped us to get going in the right direction and then recommended a great installer. We are now, after about three weeks, back producing power and Mike deserves a lot of credit. And he did this for us at no cost! Thanks Mike!

I called Mike after learning about Titan Solar going under and watching a video he made about the situation. He vows to assist us Titan customers and puts himself out there for us. My system had started tripping off line and I was wanting to get an electrician to check it out. Mike gave me advice and I was able to troubleshoot and solve the issue myself. Had my problem continued, I feel that I could call Mike back and have a tech be sent to help me.

Mike was the best. I received an email saying my inverters was not communicating. He assured it was working. He also helped connecting with Titan and APS. I wish I knew him before I purchased my solar panels. He explained everything the salesman didn't. Thank you so much Mike for your time.
