I wanted a security system but didn't know where to start. Jose explained options and was able to select what was right for me and my budget. I also mentioned that I was going out of town and would have to schedule instal on my return. Jose was able to get the system installed before my trip. The intal wa quick and the app is very easy to use. Thank you Jose, I feel safer now.
