Hail damage can total vehicles, which is why getting your car in quickly is critical, as multiple storms can make paintless dent repair (PDR) nearly impossible, if not total your vehicle, and it's possible your carrier will charge you 2 deductibles. (I can only cover one). PDR is the best option in most cases, because it preserves your factory paint and avoids major repairs like cutting off the roof, which can lead to water and or air leaks, and serious safety concerns (such as roof strength in a rollover). When replacing parts, blending paint can be an issue on faded vehicles. PDR can avoid all of these issues.

USING A PREFERRED SHOP PROVIDED BY YOUR CARRIER MEANS YOU NO LONGER HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER HOW YOUR VEHICLE IS RESTORED!! This CAN mean your roof is cut off, parts are replaced and painted or Bondo is used. The insurance's preferred shops are only preferred BY THE INSURANCE. They contract with these shops to do cheap labor in exchange for volume. It's not always beneficial to your vehicle. It's YOUR policy and you have the right to choose your shop. When they push you towards their "preferred" shops, it's called "steering", which is illegal. Be informed about your options!

My truck just came back yesterday like I just bought it. Ashley did a great job on it, and I didn't have to do anything. She filed my claim and scheduled everything. I gave her my keys and swapped me for a rental. Brought my truck back lookin good. Real good. Inside is really nice. I didn't know she'd do all that. I paid nothing. That's the best part. My deductible and my rental she paid I guess.

This was the easiest repair I've ever had. Ashley spoke with me after the June storm. I told her I wanted to wait to get thru the season. She asked if she could do an estimate and it took her about 45 minutes. She walked me thru the whole estimate as she input the data in her app. The damage came to $8900! The dents were so small I didn't think it was a big deal. She showed me that my car was going to total at $9100 and change. If it was hit again I'd have no car. That's still insane in my mind! I did ask another hail person that came to my door if its possible to total a car just by hail. He said it's true. I googled it too. I'm really glad she stopped by. My car came back perfect. She had a company detail the inside.. the receipt said $220. The inside is perfect. The stain in my driver's side seat is gone too. She brought me a rental, took my car in, and the shop gave me updates at every step. The insurance wasn't wanting to pay for some things, but she told me she'd handle it and she did. I'd use her again!

Surprisingly hit by a hail storm in a parking lot upon my week’s arising. Thankfully🙏😅, I had saved Mrs. Alberts business card from a hailstorm here that littered the fields alike a snows falling( forgot to write review then, 5🌟s). Worried about my deductible, she came all the way up from the city, day off, to assess the damages & that was reassuring. Now I have my wheels back, I’m pulling up pristine into a sea of hailstone’s wrathful wake. Bettered for it, heck, Mrs. Alberts’ team even cleaned the inside. Ashley was above and beyond helpful, informative and excellent customer service. She educated me on how my car had so much hail damage that needed to be repaired now so it would not be considered totaled or not worth much if my car was a victim of another hail storm. Extremely grateful to have met Ashley as she’ll probably attest that I had apprehensions at first (call it being kiddish of too many scammers). The work, service, and deliverables sounded too good to be true…but when my vehicle was returned to me, it appeared brand new. Her & the folks at Bee’s Paintless Dent Repair have made me a believer and I’ve already began to tell others that’s where they need to go for PDR work !!!
