Surprisingly hit by a hail storm in a parking lot upon my week’s arising. Thankfully🙏😅, I had saved Mrs. Alberts business card from a hailstorm here that littered the fields alike a snows falling( forgot to write review then, 5🌟s). Worried about my deductible, she came all the way up from the city, day off, to assess the damages & that was reassuring. Now I have my wheels back, I’m pulling up pristine into a sea of hailstone’s wrathful wake. Bettered for it, heck, Mrs. Alberts’ team even cleaned the inside. She educated me on how my car had so much hail damage that needed to be repaired now so it would not be considered totaled or not worth much if my car was a victim of another hail storm. Extremely grateful to have met Ashley as she’ll probably attest that I had apprehensions at first (call it being kiddish of too many scammers). The work, service, and deliverables sounded too good to be true…but when my vehicle was returned to me, it appeared brand new. Really good company to work with. Very fast, honest, and the little extra things like the car clean outs and the free full tank of gas when done fixing the cars are always a night touch and makes you feel extra cared for.

Ashley is really good at her job. Literally handed her my keys and signed some paperwork. My car looks brand new inside and out. She handled my insurance claim and it was all done in 11 days. You'd never know there was $18,000 in damage on my truck. Looks amazing.
