Brad came in to my house with a huge smile on his face and full of confidence. I was very skeptical about solar and he answered all of my questions. He made it easy to understand and made me comfortable about my decision to choose solar. We live in the country and don’t have internet so he couldn’t get his ipad to connect. He didn’t miss a beat and improvised on ways to get us the information to help us with our decision. He was amazing. I hate that he had to spend most of his afternoon with us because all of the connection issues. He rocked it and made everything work for us. Brad was excellent on the front side before purchase in explaining the process, benefits, and timeline of purchasing solar panels from pure. But what really has sold our family on Brad is how much he has done for us after the point of purchase and install. Whether from addressing any questions/concerns that have arisen, to helping us maximize our electrical plan with the best solar benefits, Brad is still in touch 6 months after our installation has been completed with awesome advice and expertise.
