I would like to say that I had a great experience with Sunrun. Since the first appointment with Carolyn, everything else went well and fast to my surprise. By the way, I tried Tesla, Trinity Solar, Venture, etc., but Sunrun worked best for me and my family. I liked the follow up, the engineer who came to measure the roof, the constant communication, the explanation about the difference payment options, and the paperwork process. Additionally, the loaning company Sunrun uses was great. Constant communications as well and the payment details was clear to me. I am not selling the product, just tell you my experience. When it comes to the installers. Those guys know what need ti be done. They were in less than 4 hours. I am just waiting for the final inspection and turn the system on. Carolyn Villella came by my house at the beginning of the year. I was apprehensive due to a prior experience and Carolyn asked if I'd give her the opportunity to inquire about all of my questions. Carolyn contacted her District Manager Alicia Macomber and between these two ladies everything went very smoothly from the inspection with Justin and the remainder of Sunrun's crew.
