I would like to say that I had a great experience with Sunrun. Since the first appointment with Carolyn, everything else went well and fast to my surprise. By the way, I tried Tesla, Trinity Solar, Venture, etc., but Sunrun worked best for me and my family. I liked the follow up, the engineer who came to measure the roof, the constant communication, the explanation about the difference payment options, and the paperwork process. Additionally, the loaning company Sunrun uses was great. Constant communications as well and the payment details was clear to me. I am not selling the product, just tell you my experience. When it comes to the installers. Those guys know what need ti be done. They were in less than 4 hours. I am just waiting for the final inspection and turn the system on.
