Myself and my daughter were approach while we were shopping in Costco by a representative to come speak with us about solar for her home. We then contacted Chris and spoke with him and great length about the benefits of getting the solar panels and the savings. He was extremely informative and patient with all of our questions and concerns. He is extremely professional and stays involved through the whole process to make sure everything is done smoothly. Anytime we needed to reach out to him for anything he either called or text us immediately to answer our questions. When the job was completed, he followed up to make sure our experience was the best it could be, which it was mostly because of his communication, and follow through on every step of the process. If anyone is considering getting solar panels, I highly recommend Chris. I assure you will not be disappointed. It took a while for my daughter to feel comfortable to pull the plug and go forward after speaking to people for at least a year because Chris made her feel confident that she was making the right choice. The only thing we are sorry about is that we did not find Chris sooner rather than later because we would’ve had that much more savings under our belt. Again, I highly recommend Chris and Freedom Forever!
