Open to answer questions and knowing he uses his own products makes a big difference to me.

I don't often post reviews but just wanted to highlight our experience with switching to Vivint - Elijah and John came by today and switched us over to a much higher quality security system while being cheaper than ADT long term (we were using ADT originally because of the good ol DR Horton special). Elijah is the area manager for our neighborhood so if you are tired of your ADT system he can help you out with switching. He’s able to buy out contracts and he’s covering all the startup costs. We spent a while going over the math for it, and having unlimited video storage as opposed to short potato-recorded ADT clips for the same price seemed like an easy decision for us! You definitely won’t regret reaching out to him. :)

What a wonderful experience!!! Working with Elijah and his team has been great. We upgraded a camera and signed up for solar, he is very knowledgeable in both areas and so helpful in answering all questions. Just an all around great human!!

We already knew that Vivint is an amazing company to do business with and have been repeat customers for almost a decade. We were excited to hear they started doing solar panels and Elijah was fantastic walking us through the process. Vivint always exceeds my expectations and today was no different. Elijah was great in explaining the benefits of Vivint over ADT. I knew I wanted a better security system and he worked with what we needed / wanted to get the system that worked best for us. Super easy and they were there the next day to install. I highly recommend Vivent and Elijah truly knows what he is talking about.

I honestly thought getting a fully integrated smart home would be out of my price range but after Elijah signed up all my neighbors I gave him a shot. It turned out to be much more affordable than I expected. Definitely not your average security system. I highly recommend reaching out to Elijah, especially if you like the idea of controlling your entire house from one app on your phone.
