Best customer service I have received in years! He sat for over an hour making sure I understood exactly what I was getting and would pay for.. Went over twice to make sure I understood. Excellent young man and excellent service!

As a small business owner my schedule isn’t set. Ayman worked with me to find a time that worked and he had all the options ready for me to choose from. Ayman described upcoming Telus services including recent fibre optics installations in our community . He also presented a variety of options regarding home security and telephone services which we purchased. We found Ayman easy to talk to, patient with all our questions and easy going. We never felt pressured or confused. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Habib hands down is the greatest!!! He is very patient, kind and an excellent listener, he was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He spent the time with us that he needed and wasn't rushed, he took his time explaining everything. We now have a much better plan thanks to him, that is saving us more money! I never talk to door to door people, but trust me with Habib you'll be glad you did!!!
