Hey, I’m Ramsey! I have a passion for helping people and leaving behind a better world for future generations. After many years now working in the solar industry, I have come to understand that while we have fantastic technology at our disposal, there is still a lingering distrust for the providers, installers, and sales teams that control our access to it.

In the Summer of 2022, President Biden signed an executive order requiring that 100 percent carbon pollution-free electricity (CFE) by 2030, at least half of which will be locally supplied clean energy to meet 24/7 demand As great as this is for future generations, the corresponding pressure on Oil & Gas has facilitated a meteoric rise in utility rates across Texas and the United States as a whole.

There is still a great deal of distrust and trepidation from homeowners who want to learn more about the process of going solar. That needs to change. I wholeheartedly believe this is an old stigma that can be remedied with strong communication, trust & transparency.

I founded Futureproof with this in mind. It is our mission to clean up the reputation of the residential solar industry by fostering a community of like-minded individuals on both sides of the job. I believe that by connecting eligible homeowners who are serious about going solar with carefully vetted solar providers, we can grow a powerfully rooted community and raise the industry standard. Together, it is my hope that we can rewrite the narrative for American Solar Energy.
