Over the past year, utility rates because of the data centres and the hurricane Helene have nearly doubled leaving many homeowners frustrated. To address this, we're helping residents qualify for a program designed to lower electric bills.

This program, introduced in Georgia last year, is called a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
Previously, going solar required cash or a loan. Now, if a home qualifies, a solar developer uses tax credits and government incentives to install the system—no loan required.
Homeowners simply pay a reduced rate of 13.5¢ per kWh (instead of 22-29; to the utility company). The developer warranties the system and roof, and the program is fully transferable-ideal for military families who may relocate.
Once qualified, the utility company issues an interconnection agreement within 2-3 weeks, allowing homeowners to sell excess power back through the meter. The solar developer manages the entire process.
To see if you qualify, we'll prepare a savings report based on your annual usage and sun exposure. Please send me the first page of your electric bill, and I'll calculate your potential savings. Many of your neighbors are already saving 40-60% while locking in predictable rates.
