HONESTY: Jon consistently demonstrated transparency about the capabilities and procedures involved throughout the entire process of pre-planning, preparation, installation, inspection, and ultimately obtaining permission to operate. He provided an explanation and demonstration of the similarities and differences among the various companies and products he represents.
2. COMPETITIVE: Jon, in his capacity as a broker, effectively surpassed the pricing offered by competing firms.
3. ZERO PRESSURE: The entire process was conducted without any pressure. During the initial stages of my project, while I was engaged in research and information gathering, he refrained from employing any of the high-pressure tactics commonly associated with previous sales representatives. (Alternatively, the "unexpected discount" that would arise when I mentioned that I am exploring other products from other sales-persons).

John attentively addressed my concerns, which primarily focused on the procedures, the individuals involved at various stages of the project, and the specifications (pros / cons etc.) of different products, such as the inverter and solar panel models, rather than the aspects of solar energy or cost savings analysis. 5. A bonus value is EXPERTISE or knowledge. Other solar companies employ knowledgeable sales professionals. However, they possess specialized expertise. They possess knowledge solely about their product(s).
