Four values that characterize Jon are: 1. Honesty, 2. Competitiveness, 3. A relaxed approach (no pressure), and most importantly, his 4. Exceptional communication skills. Here are the specifics: 1. HONESTY: Jon consistently demonstrated transparency about the capabilities and procedures involved throughout the entire process of pre-planning, preparation, installation, inspection, and ultimately obtaining permission to operate. He provided an explanation and demonstration of the similarities and differences among the various companies and products he represents. 2. COMPETITIVE: Jon, in his capacity as a broker, effectively surpassed the pricing offered by competing firms. 3. ZERO PRESSURE: The entire process was conducted without any pressure. During the initial stages of my project, while I was engaged in research and information gathering, he refrained from employing any of the high-pressure tactics commonly associated with previous sales representatives. (Alternatively, the "unexpected discount" that would arise when I mentioned that I am exploring other products from other sales-persons). 4. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION: Jon demonstrates effective communication skills. This was evidenced through various methods. When I communicated to him, “I am not interested in leasing; I would like to explore options for purchasing the system.” (Other companies only wanted me to lease and would not listen to me when I insisted, I wanted to own). He collaborated with me to ensure its success. During minor issues that arose with contractors or subcontractors throughout the project, Jon, as the primary contact, communicated with me and represented my interests to others in a respectful and effective manner. Effective communication involves active listening. John attentively addressed my concerns, which primarily focused on the procedures, the individuals involved at various stages of the project, and the specifications (pros / cons etc.) of different products, such as the inverter and solar panel models, rather than the aspects of solar energy or cost savings analysis. He responded to me using the specified form and type of communication I requested. This illustrates an important principle that he exhibited consistently throughout the process: he honors his commitments. 5. A bonus value is EXPERTISE or knowledge. Other solar companies employ knowledgeable sales professionals. However, they possess specialized expertise. They possess knowledge solely about their product(s). Jon possesses extensive knowledge of both the specific and general aspects of the products and services offered by the solar energy companies he represents as a broker. Additionally, he demonstrates a strong understanding of the industry as a whole. His expertise in the solar industry encompasses a comprehensive understanding of its history, current market dynamics, and future market projections in Connecticut. I seldom provide feedback on sales representatives. As an individual with expertise in the renewable energy sector, I place a high value on exceptional, honest, and respectful customer service—qualities that are not always prevalent in this industry. Therefore, I felt compelled to share my well-considered review of Jon. I wholeheartedly recommend him for your solar system project. Jon was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting solar. He offered multiple options and was completely transparent. At no point did I ever feel obligated to do anything that I was not comfortable with. I would recommend to anyone looking for solar to give Jon the opportunity.

Jon was incredible! Despite the all of the questions and reservations I had, he was patient and talked me through everything I wanted to know. He was very knowledgable and even helped us take down a few trees! 10/10 would recommend!

Jon and the entire Company were very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. We had some issues that I needed to resolve on my end to move forward. Jon went the extra mile to assist and made it all happen. Owning an electric vehicle, we knew solar was going to be the way to go. But we were skeptical about the cost and efficiency. Jon’s drone work and installation team put all those fears at bay. The look is sleek and we know exactly what two trees to take down so we have 100% efficiency. Also his no pressure approach was a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to ask Jon for a consultation!

Jon was great to work with. He took the time to explain solar and how it could work to benefit us, without promising that it would cover all of our energy needs. He also has a great eye for ensuring that the curb appeal of your home will not be affected by adding solar panels that are not designed well for the shape of your roof. Once we agreed to go solar, Jon told us every step we could expect and helped us with scheduling around out funky sleep and work schedules. I would recommend talking to Jon if you are ever thinking about going solar with your home or business!

Jon’s professionalism and passion for helping families go solar is unmatched. I never felt like he was trying to sell my family a product, rather that he was there to help my family understand our options. Our Electric bill has reached a point of no longer being affordable, a scary prospect for a mother of two. After reviewing our options we are now the happy owners of a new Solar System, and my monthly electric bill is 60-70% LESS the cost! We can’t thank Jon enough for the peace of mind he has brought our family!

Jon is amazing! Very straightforward and easy going experience. The communication and thoroughness is duly noted. Jon coordinated to the roof replacement prior to our solar installation. Sunrun even subsidized much of the cost!
