Justin is fantastic to work with. When my roof was damaged by the recent hurricane, Justin answered all my questions and promptly came out to inspect the damage. Unlike other roofing companies, which told me it would take days or even weeks before they could assess the situation, Justin responded immediately.

Justin has been great from the start. No pressure tactics. I feel like he will stand by his word. Job hasn't been completed yet but I am sure Justin will be able to take care of everything once the adjuster comes out.

During this last storm in Katy TX we had a leak. He came out looked at it. It turned out to be my siding that cracked during the storm. He caulked it and fixed nails that had come loose. I’ve been working with Justin for almost a year now going back and forth with insurance company trading to get roof replacement due to hail damage.  My roof experienced hail damage and I have been working with Justin to get the insurance claim approved. After contacting Justin, he quickly came out and inspected my roof for hail damage and provided helpful guidance on how to file a claim with the insurance company. Justin made sure that he participated in the inspection with the insurance adjuster (on a very hot summer day). When the insurance company denied the claim Justin provided me the information to challenge the insurance company’s decision including putting me in contact with a public adjuster. I truly appreciate Justin’s drive and conviction to helping the customer deal with various obstacles that the insurance company utilize to not pay claims. His customer focus is outstanding including fast response to questions, information needs, requests and he even personally did a small roof repair that was needed on his own time. I highly recommend Justin.

I had a random breakdown with my vehicle and approached a neighbors home for help. I was so fortunate to knock on Justin’s door and he went above and beyond! He stopped his Sunday afternoon and came to my car to help! He wanted nothing in exchange. What an honest man!
