I am highly recommending Lorenna Lobo as an expert on Solar and of the installation process. I have had the opportunity to work with her on the Solar installation process on my home and found her to be a knowledgeable and capable expert. There were many solar companies knocking on my door which i refused to acknowledge. Lorenna was unlike all the other solar reps in that she was not pushing me or making me feel i had to do business with her company. What she did was explain all of the benefits of using solar power and why these benefits will protect my assets in the future, not only by installation procedures, but by the future cost increases of electricity generated by solar panels and how it will be cost effective by producing more energy than needed and by the surplus energy sent back to the grid as a credit to my account, thereby saving lots of money over the course of the system installation. Lorenna made the entire process easy to understand. She returned every phone call and every text. She addressed any problem areas with her knowledge. I needed a new roof and Lorenna made it possible and negotiated for a new roof intallation for which i am grateful to her and Sunrun. Lorenna put it all together in a neat package. Professionalism is hard to find these days and Lorenna provided her knowledge and professionalism without question which is an asset to Sunrun and most importantly to her customers.

I first met Lorenna through a neighbor while I was walking around my neighborhood. She introduced herself to me with a beautiful smile. I instantly wanted to know what she was offering. I was going through a personal tragedy. My father was in hospice and about to pass away. She listened to me and had a lot of empathy. She distracted me and told me what her company was offering. I instantly felt a connection with her. The information she gave me really intrigued me. My family had inquired about solar panels in the past, but we could not be satisfied by another company. They were not willing to work with us about cutting down the trees needed to get the panels to work for us. It was very frustrating. I told her about our past experience. She said she could work with us to make both of us happy. She smiled and gave me her card and told me she would get in touch with me and make an appointment. I went in my house and told my mother. My mother was really not interested. She wAs dealing with my father's passing. So I told her what an incredible person Lorenna was and I told her to have an open mind and just listen to Lorenna and then she could make an informed decision. A week later, Lorenna showed up in my driveway and asked for my number and we made an appointment. She was thrilled. She came over and told my mother all the benefits of clean energy and all the benefits of solar energy. I don't know how she did it, but my mother fell instantly in love with her and was ready to sign up. My mother is a tough cookie, but with all of the information Lorenna gave her, she was convinced it was the best thing to do for our family. Lorenna has been on top of things from the beginning. Explaining every detail to my mother. Not leaving a stone unturned. My mother has never been happier with any decision she's ever made.
