I started my financial journey almost 5 years ago. I had a goal of getting my finances in order to pay down debt and buy a home. Happy to say in less than 5 years I’ve been able to buy two homes and pay down the majority of my debt due to the financial literacy classes I’ve taken through Losa. No doubt, if you stick to the plan she helps you to create, you’ll be able to accomplish your goals as well.

Learning to manage my own finances added to my awful distress of being newly divorced. My life at that time was messy and so uncertain that I felt I couldn’t make any right decisions. I doubted myself and my capabilities. I knew I lacked financial education so I made that my top priority. Choosing Financial 101 and working with Losa has been one of the best life-changing decision. Almost 3yrs later, she still empowers me today. Losa continues to teach me. She’s gone out of her way to ensure that not only am I reaching financial goals but my personal life pursuits as well. I purchased a home last May, 2022. I’m currently a full-time student at UVU. I’m the Culinary Director at a place that I love. I’ve learned that true financial freedom comes from having a clear understanding of my finances. This freedom I owe to Losa!
