Mack came over to our home today to discuss the benefits of solar and to help us prepare to set everything up. He went into incredible detail explaining the ins and outs of the history, use, benefits, and overall background of solar energy. Not only was he extraordinarily professional and knowledgeable, but he is a very friendly and relatable person as well. It felt like talking to an old friend as he worked us through the process. He came to us on his own time later in the evening and has been incredible. We look forward to continuing with you Mack!

Let,me tell you about this company. They first came to my house to introduce there product,I thought here is just another solar company, tying to force you to listen to another sales pitch for what seems to be forever no it was quick and to the point.Giving me the best reason to choose them.We are the best company out there.Well I was wrong,the first gentleman was,so respectful to me, I was surprised. He explained everything in a short amount of time.So I meet Mack and again respectful no pressure at all,answering every question I had two or three times.We all know that are electrical bill has been going up,seems like every other month.I live in Reno and last year,we were with out electricity for 4 days,and I run a childcare business in my home,so no electricity was not good at all.I was adamant this cannot happen again.He was very knowledgeable about the product and again no pressure.It did take some time to get started but,once things got started they keeped inform each step of the way.I have seen a big decrease in my bill,because I still need gas for my water heater which was nothing compared to a year ago.When they began the work,it took one day ,which I was happy about due to my childcare business.Once installed neighbors were surprised how appealing they looked thin and no grid lines.My advice give them the opportunity to show how caring and professional the company is.

Mack was very knowledgeable about his product and not pushy at all. Answers questions like he knows what he’s talking about. My solar was fantastic once we got NV Energy to come out and turn it on lol. Saved a lot of money on my power and everything worked exactly how he explained. Would highly recommend him to anyone that wants to explore solar for their home!

I think Mack was a very good sales person. He turned down the project but reconsidered when I offered to remove a tree that shaded the roof. He followed through on promises and I am pleased with the result.

Our experience was great with Blue Raven. We met with Mack from Blue Raven at the end of last winter. Mack outlined every step of the process and everything went according to schedule he had laid out. We produced far more electricity than we used last summer and ran the air conditioning liberally. We are very happy with Blue Raven solar. Great product and they are responsive to questions.

Mack and Blue Raven have been great during the sales, assessment, installation, and energization (finally! 😊). During the sales process Mack was puctual, respectful and knowledgable. There were several hiccups during the system installation process due to some Blue Raven growing pains (mostly shortage of staff for install crews), as well as Blue Raven’s high standards for quality, but Mack did a great job making sure we were informed. He was always quick to reply to all our questions and to make sure we understood the process. Although his role is centered around the initial sale and start of the contract, Mack was in contact with us for each step of the process. We appreciated having him as our Blue Raven Representative. Any future Blue Raven customers would be luck to have him as their salesperson.
