I kid you not, I was setup by Marcus 1 month ago for internet with Frontier an month ago, I receive a call just yesterday of him asking me how the family is doing and if the service has been good, by far it’s been amazing I have 2000 speeds and nobody tops Marcus in his customer service

Marcus is such a caring and genuine not only salesman but great person as well. He was able to guide me through all my questions and help me find the best setup to my issues. We need more people like this guy
