Max stopped by the house today and I did NOT buy from him today. He's very knowledgeable, absolutely passionate about what he does and bold to knock on my door. I appreciate those qualities in my service providers and I'm open to buying from him in the future.

I just wanted to recognize Max, the AT&T representative who came to my home. Max was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely great to talk to. He explained all my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured or like he was just trying to make a sale. He even went above and beyond by offering to help me with my phone calls and streaming services if I decided to make the switch. Ultimately, I decided that the timing and circumstances weren’t right for me to make a change at this time, and that had absolutely nothing to do with Max or the way he did his job. What really stood out to me was his energy. He was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, and even when I accidentally called him, he was still completely cool about it. I don’t always take the time to leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure Max got the recognition he deserves. Great guy, great energy, and a genuinely positive experience.

Can you believe this guy. First of all he goes above and beyond for you, double checking his work along the way. He even helped us out via Starlink on his day off while he was at a campground with his family. Now that’s dedication to his craft. Secondly, his attitude couldn’t be any more friendlier and knowledgeable. He listens to you and answers any questions that come up. And lastly if you get Max to help you, you are in great hands. I could go on and on. Great guy does great work.
