I would recommend Patrick and Saritoga emphatically. When we started looking for a home we thought it was going to be a nightmare, but Patrick walked us through the process and stayed in constant communication and most of the time answered our questions before we could even ask. We closed in 36 days and it was a very stress free experience. Thank you Patrick.

Patrick has been awesome throughout our home purchasing experience with saratoga homes. From the moment we met him to showcase the homes until well after we closed he has been a phone call, text, and has shown up when we least expected. He is funny, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to be there no matter the time or circumstances. He was at our closing snapping the pictures and even snapped our first home owner pictures in front of our new home. Patrick provided us with an amazing lender who isn't as known but will help anyone no matter the score to get you approved for your new home and quickly. If you are in the market definitely consider Patrick and his team to assist. You won't regret it.
