This company came highly recommend by our neighbor, for a whole home generator. we called in the middle of a very busy time (outages all over Houston) Ryan Munoz came out on a Saturday and he and his wife thoroughly went through everything with us. Answered all our questions, went through our options for equipment, financing etc. The guys who performed the work were fantastic! Very professional and thoughrough, went through a couple of load tests with me, helped me set up the app and answered all our questions. I would definitely work with Ryan and his team again!

In short, Ryan is great. If you don't read this entire post, I would highly recommend Ryan for your backup generator solution. He does many things but for me he handled the generator. I called 9 companies in total, 6 never returned emails or calls, 1 did a quote over the phone, 1 had an appointment 3 weeks away before I could even get a quote. I sent a "interest email" to Ryan's company and they emailed me back quickly with a in-home consultation only 2 days away. I confirmed the time and Ryan called before his arrival and was on time. Ryan took measurements and pictures and told me what was code and how they would have to do it. We went inside and talked about solar and the generator and all the features and benefits of both. He explained the process and was very open and honest about everything. When he left, he gave me the information and said no hard feelings if you go with someone else, just make sure you read the fine print and compare apples to apples. After hearing what Ryan had to say and no one coming close in the customer service department, I decided to go with Ryan. Reading the reviews and seeing there were many happy customers just made the choice easier. The first major hurdle came when Ryan gave me an install date of July 8 and I was going out of town on June 22. This was a month away and although I knew other people were in line to get theirs installed first I asked Ryan to perform a miracle. He said he would check with his other clients to see if anyone would be willing to switch. Of course, no one wanted to switch and I totally understood that. He said he would keep checking but I was going to fly back for the install day and then leave again. Four days before I was going to leave, Ryan called and said it would be installed on Thursday (It was Tuesday) and I thought he was joking. He pulled it off and he just made my life ten times easier. He kept trying even though no one wanted to switch. Even though I would've rated Ryan a 5* without doing this, he really cemented it with going above and beyond. Everything is installed and working great. Thanks to Ryan and his team for getting everything done and way ahead of schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan and his company to anyone looking for a home solution. Thanks again Ryan!

I met Ryan when he came to my house for solar and he was awesome then. I am sure he has gotten so much better since then and can only improve from here on out. He is such a personable guy. I was driving through the neighborhood the other day and I saw that someone was installing gutter for him. I text him and he responded he would send his guy over. I said great. Next thing you know the guy is at my door and then giving me a quote and making a date to install the gutters. All this in less than a week. Ya can't get better service than that. He even came back buy because he wasn't satisfied with one drop that he made and that impressed me very much. Ryan was great to work with for our backyard patio/pergola build. It was our first project in our first home and Ryan and his team was there to help us through it all.
