What can I say that hasn’t already been mentioned on here. After just over an hour i have to admit I feel like Todd is one of the family. He was honest, straightforward, and genuinely customized everything based off our concerns and of how my family is going to use it. Plus, my daughter absolutely loved him. He’s a new dad and I can tell he is going to make a great father. Anyone that does not decide to do business with this gentleman is crazy in my book. He’s in a sales industry, but doesn’t care about just telling me what I wanted to hear to make money, but actually listened and even recommended going elsewhere for some additional equipment to save money.. As a matter of fact, he literally gave me my system at no cost. Mainly though, he listened to our concerns and made sure to put those first. I 100%. I’m going to send every single person. I know his direction because you really don’t , come across people as passionate and knowledgeableas he is about his business like this often.. plus hl the fact that he will give $100 for every referral plus give my friends a system for free to is a no-brainer. I know he’s had a difficult year personally I am going to do everything in my power to send as many people as possible, his way..If you have the ability take him up on the offer as no one can beat it and no one has big of a heart as he does. To have gone through everything he has and keep a smile on his face says everything I need to know. Lol I honestly probably would’ve gotten in the system. just to help him out if need be, but even though I live in paradise Valley and they say things don’t happen here I had an incident last month my wife now will not live in a house without a system now. Seriously Todd thank you for everything. It was more than a pleasure to have met and done business with you.

probably the most fun I’ve had since I can remember just sitting and shooting the breeze with someone. Not to mention my system was installed today and every single thing Todd promise works plus some things that I didn’t even know about. Honestly, one one rhe reasons I got this is for when my granddaughter stays with us as she’s getting to the age where some of her friends are not my favorite people in the world. So even just adding the camera in my den is going to make sure everything stays where its supposed to.. His installer Humberto even took the time to walk me through how to set up different passwords for all my family and even download the applications on each one of their phones. Best customer service I’ve had the years. I highly recommend not just going through Todd, but sending everyone you know as I’m going to. Plus he told me he’s going to give me $100 for each person i refer to him, so I think I found myself a second little job to stay busy because they literally get this all for free like I did and I get $100 that will literally pay for my family vacation every year.

I always wanted a system but it’s so hard to trust people these days….. than I met Todd, he made me feel comfortable within the first few minutes and he was honest about everything he could do for me. One of the main thangs holding me back for buying a system simply was the cost. I feel like this was a sign from god because the last person i spoke to expected me to pay almost $2,800 in payments for literally less stuff than tos was able to give me for no cost. I guess I’m just lucky he picked my my house to stop by but I can honestly say I use it every day even when I’m in bed. Todd was very professional and explained some different options which took all the pressure off me and I got everything I wanted plus some extras . The best part I didn’t have to pay almost dollar of any of the stuff or the workmenship. I quite literally saved thousands. I wish I could give Todd more than 5 stars because he deserves 1,000 of them. I even sent him to my sisters house in Gilbert and he has able to get her set up plus he gave me $100 cash as a referral thank you . He is one on that last honest people in this world and I wish more people followed through like he did.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical when Todd first stopped by my house because I feel like I’ve heard every sales pitch in the book but after speaking with him for a few minutes I could honestly tell he was not there to treat me like everyone other person on the block. He genuinely took the time to hear me out in regards to what my actual concerns were. “HE LISTENED” which made all of the difference in the world to me. Mainly the fact that he is a family man himself he truly understood the only thing I have been worried about is are my kids (5y/o son and 7y/o daughter). With my son being is on the spectrum just those text notifications for the front door has already made a life changing difference. I can truly say for he first time in years my wife and I hve actually slept through the the night with no stress. WITHOUT QUESTION THIS WAS TGE BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE IN YEARS. (Plus I didn’t have to pay do it) TODD I WANT TO THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! Not to mention I had him do a similar system for my moms house and the peace of mind she has since my dad passed away last year is worth its weigh in gold…… she sets it when she’s home alone and feels safe for the first time since October of last year. 10/10 highly recommend. Plus I never have to call a 1-800 number as Todd saved his personal number in my phone …..talk about customer service, I’ve never had that done for me for me!!! I owe it to Todd to tell everyone I come in contact with about it…… he has been amazing to work with

Todd was awesome, got me set up with my ADT last week and just had my AT&T FIBER internet put in today, I can honestly say I’ve never been happier. He followed through literally to a T with everything that I was promised, and the one question I had he literally answered on the first ring. Hands-down will be referring all my friends.

First off Todd is the first person that had ever come to my door who was actually honest not to mention FOLLOW THROUGH WITH EVERYTHING THAT HE TOLD US. I was a bit skeptical about the whole advertising thing but after talking to my sister last night who had set up with adt this last year I found out she is still paying off almost $3,000 for less equipment than Todd provided me literally for FREE. My system was put in my house February 3rd and I can honestly say I haven’t worried about my 13 year old daughter who gets home from school before my husband and I since FEBRUARY 4th 😂. I make her set it every day when she gets home by herself and could not imagine living without it at this point. TODD I APOLOGIZE FOR NOT LEAVING THIS REVIEW UNTIL NOW but seriously…… THANK YOU. Todd is very friendly and explained in detail everything we needed to know about the ADT home security system. The product is an excellent package and we will feel much safer at home and when we are on vacation.
